Each service animal must remain with its owner and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered at all times, unless special circumstances exist. Under ADA service dog rules, items such as vests or identification are not required however this can be a useful tool to signal to the public that your dog is a service dog and therefore is recommended. Guests bringing in certified service animals may not take up an additional seat unless a ticket has been purchased specifically for the seat.
The City of Daytona Beach provides a trained Fire/EMS response team on-site as required for selected ticketed events deemed necessary by the City and the event promoter.
